Where do you meet us at the airport?
We meet you as you come through arrivals. Just look out for the “Alpine Transfer Company” logo.

How long will the transfer take?
It depends on where you are going to, see the destinations page for more details.

Do I have to pay extra for skis and bikes?
No, we can accommodate all baggage needs, but please inform us in advance.

What time will you pick me up on my departure day?
It depends where you are staying and which airport you are going to. We will pick you up in sufficient time to get you to the airport at the start of your check in time (usually 2 hours). contact us via our enquiry form for more details or speak to your driver on the way to your destination to firm up your departure time.
